Ripple Lemon Cupcakes

YIELDS 12 | 2.5MG THC PER CUPCAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (Room TEmp)
1 cup sugar
6 Packets ripple
2 EGGS
1/2 CUP MILK
2 1/4 TSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP LEMON ZEST
1/2 TSP VANILLA

OPTIONAL: LEMON CREAM FROSTING

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Sift together flour and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about two minutes. Add Ripple and blend for about 30 seconds. Add eggs and blend until incorporated. Add lemon zest and vanilla and blend for another 30 seconds. Alternate adding a bit of the flour mixture, lemon juice, and milk until just incorporated. Do not overmix. Spoon into baking cups. Bake at 375° F for about 17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Top with your favorite frosting.

Holiday Nog

INGREDIENTS:
1 STICK STILLWATER OR WHITEWATER BLISSFUL BLACK TEA
1/4 CUP WATER
3/4 CUP EGG NOG
OPTIONAL: CINNAMON STICK

Directions:
Boil water, set aside. Carefully heat egg nog, stirring liberally to avoid scalding. Add tea stick to heat-proof mug. Pour boiling water and warmed egg nog over tea stick and steep for five minutes, or to taste, stirring occasionally. Remove tea stick from mug and add cinnamon stick to garnish.

Half and Half

Ingredients:
1 stick Stillwater or whitewater Blissful Black TEA
½ cup water
½ cup lemonade
Ice
Optional: mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish

Directions:
Boil water. Add tea stick to heat-proof mug. Pour boiling water over tea stick and steep for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove tea stick from water and let tea cool (if you have time). Add ice to drinking glass. Pour tea and lemonade over ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint. 

Green Apple Iced Tea

Ingredients:
1 STICK STILLWATER OR WHITEWATER GENTLE GREEN TEA
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apple juice
2 TBSP simple syrup
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sparkling water
Ice

Directions:
Boil water. Add tea stick to heat-proof mug. Pour boiling water over tea stick and steep for three minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove tea stick from water and let tea cool (if you have time). Add ice to drinking glass. Pour tea over ice. Add apple juice, simple syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling water. Stir and enjoy.

Coco-ginger-mint Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS:
1 STICK STILLWATER OR WHITEWATER Mellow Mint Tea
1/2 CUP WATER
1/2 CUP coconut milk
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp lime juice
1 TBSP SIMPLE SYRUP
ice

Directions:
Boil water. Add tea stick to heat-proof mug. Pour boiling water over tea stick and steep for seven minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove tea stick from water and let tea cool (if you have time). Add ice to drinking glass. Pour tea over ice. Add coconut milk, grated ginger, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir and enjoy.
